News Bill Methods of Payment

Please help us keep costs down by paying your bill promptly.  Pay online now using Paypal or use one of the following methods of payment:

Direct Debit

You can set up payment by Direct Debit using the ‘GoCardless’ online service.  You will still receive a monthly statement but the payment will be taken automatically 4-5 days after the statements go out.  To register online for the service through GoCardless go to .  Alternatively email us at and we will send you a personalised link to sign up for the service.

In Person, At The Shop

If you come into the shop you can pay your bill with cash, cheque or credit or debit card.  You don’t have to wait for a bill to arrive: our staff can tell you how much you owe at any time allowing you to pay whenever you like and stop your account building up.

By Post

Please make your cheque payable to Unilake Ltd. and post it to us at the above address, or drop it in at the shop.  Include the tear off payment slip from your bill or write your account number on the back.

Over The Phone

Call us on 01603-737277 at any time the shop is open with your card details.  Please have your bill in front of you when you call so you can give us your account number and the amount to pay.

Using Online Banking

You can make a payment direct to our bank account from your online banking service.  For security reasons we don't publish our bank account details here but you can find them on your printed or emailed bill or contact us and we will send them to you.  Please use your news account number as the reference to help us identify the payment.
